Main Bathroom Refurbishment

I first heard about ASE 10 years ago from a neighbour, when it came to having my own bathroom project done, there was no hesitation after the first consultation meeting with Daniel Mellings. The thing I liked best about working with ASE, was the professional attitude and friendly manner they all had, including how knowledgeable the team is. They also didn't pressure me into any decision-making before I was ready. I can't think of anything else that I would have done differently. The most important thing I would like people to know about ASE is how simple they make the whole process, all I had to do was make the tea! ASE know what they are doing, they work together great as a team across the company and all to a high standard. 5-Stars for the quality of workmanship, excellent attention to detail and good value for money. I know ASE as it is local to me and I have been in contact with them before. Those at ASE are very efficient when it comes to timing as the job I had done was carried within a reasonable timescale. I did have a slight hesitation to begin with as previously I have been in contact with them and had my quotes and jobs lost in the system but since then their systems have seemed to of improved and this time I have had no problems at all. I also used ASE's Installation Service - I was away while the installation was being carried out and when I returned it was like no-one had been in my house. I had ASE recommended to me and I did have an initial hesitation about working with them as I did believe that the outcome would be rather expensive. One of the best things about working with them is that fact that if there were any problems I knew that they would solved. The one thing that I would have liked to have seen done differently is better communication from Dan as he needs to listen more instead of talking as much but then on the other hand the fitting team were were very clean and tidy which is usually very rare.

We are very pleased that we chose ASE to supply and install our new bathroom. We worked with Daniel in the showroom and were impressed by his broad knowledge of products and pleasant manner. The ASE Installation Team are friendly, trustworthy and experienced. Each member is a specialist but they all work together as a great team. Aswell as working to the original plans the team made constructive suggestions  when they identified small changes that would, in their experience, improve the end result.
